From Squadron104 Sqn

For some time after the formation of 158 Sqn in February 1942 it drew some aircrew from 104 Sqn; it's parent Squadron.
This is why Sgt Schofield is put down as belonging to 104 Sqn and not 158 Sqn even though he was lost flying on ops with 158 Sqn.

Sgt Schofield was killed on the 31st May 1942.

He is buried in the Reichswald CWGC cemetery
